Processing Times

Please allow 4-6 days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. I'm a one person team that's currently juggling all parts of this business. I really appreciate your understanding and patience!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! :)

Why is there no tracking on my package?

If your order only consists of stickers it will be mailed out in an untracked stamped letter mail. This is meant to keep shipping costs affordable for everyone!

The exception for sticker-only packages would be for U.S orders that are shipped through our carrier, Chit Chats. They provide partially tracked letter mail. Which means that once the letter reaches the U.S border there won't be any further updates on the tracking link as it gets passed to another carrier. 

Orders containing phone charms will be mailed out in a tracked package due to size.

My order still hasn't arrived, what do I do? 

This can occasionally happen with letter mail. Don't worry! If you have waited past the estimated shipping time we'll try to make things right. Please reach out to us via our 'contact' page with your order number.

Wrong Address/Address Change

Please double-check when filling out your shipping information. If you have submitted the wrong information please contact us before the order is processed! Once it has been processed there can't be any changes. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address.
