Processing Times
Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. I'm a one person team that's currently juggling all parts of this business. I really appreciate your understanding and patience!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! :)
Why is there no tracking on my package?
If your order only consists of stickers (and sometimes phone charms if you live in Canada) it will be mailed out in an untracked stamped letter mail. This is meant to keep shipping costs affordable for everyone!
My order still hasn't arrived, what do I do?
This can occasionally happen with letter mail. Don't worry! If you have waited past the estimated shipping time we'll try to make things right. Please reach out to us via our 'contact' page with your order number and address.
Wrong Address/Address Change
Please double-check when filling out your shipping information. If you have submitted the wrong information please contact us before the order is processed! Once it has been processed there can't be any changes. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address. I'm so sorry!
Tariffs
US Customers will not be affected by tariffs if they only buy stickers. (This includes die-cut stickers and sticker sheets)
You may be subjected to tariffs if purchasing phone charms.
