Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. During new launches that time can be extended due to a higher volume of orders.

How long will shipping take?

• US - 2-3 weeks (Letter mail) ..... 1-2 weeks (Tracked Package)
• Canada - 1-2 weeks (Letter mail) ..... 1 week (Tracked Package)
• International - 3-4 weeks (Letter mail) ..... 2-3 weeks (Tracked Package)

Why is there no tracking on my package?
If you selected the 'Untracked Stamped Letter Mail' shipping option there will not be tracking available.

My order still hasn't arrived, what do I do? 

Untracked stamped letter mail can run the risk of getting lost while in transit. At this time, we won't be offering refunds or replacements for lost stamped orders.

We recommend selecting the tracked shipping to ensure that your order arrives!

We also recommend that you double-check your shipping address to ensure that it's correct.

Wrong Address/Address Change
Please double-check when filling out your shipping information. If you have submitted the wrong information please contact us before the order is processed!

Once it has been processed there can't be any changes. No refunds/replacements will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address. I'm so sorry!
